Refund policy
Please review our Refund Policy prior to making any purchases.
Refund requests are accepted provided items have not yet been digitally delivered to the customer’s email inbox.
If you have made an error when purchasing (such as entering the incorrect site address), you should notify GANSW immediately. We may rectify the error at our discretion.
Once you have received the Pattern, the Department will not offer any refunds other than as required under Australian Consumer Law.
How to request a refund
The process of requesting a refund for a pattern is listed below:
- Â Comply with this Refund Policy.
- Contact GANSW prior to receiving your Pattern Drawing Pack, referencing your receipt number and unique Pattern ID number.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
