Shipping policy

A confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued once payment for an order is processed. Products will be delivered electronically via email link following purchase to the purchaser’s nominated email address. The Department will endeavour to fulfil orders within 5 business days. The purchaser will have 30 days to access and download the files before the link is inactive.
